Preparing for the Phantom Targets project means looking beyond ordinary combat habits. ARC Raiders BluePrints can help you build a stronger overall inventory, but the event has several objectives that require very specific approaches. A weapon that feels excellent in regular PvP may not be the best choice for an event stage.
The same applies when managing ARC Raiders BluePrints for longer-term progression. Instead of creating one expensive loadout and using it for everything, it makes more sense to bring equipment based on the objective. Phantom Targets rewards players who understand what each weapon is actually supposed to accomplish.
Start With The Flying Targets
The launcher ammunition challenge is one of the clearest examples of why specialized equipment matters. The Hullcracker is the natural choice when you need to destroy flying ARC enemies.
Snitches are useful for farming this requirement because they can summon Wasps and Hornets. Rather than wandering around hoping to encounter enough airborne targets, you can create a more predictable farming situation.
Once the enemies arrive, concentrate on securing the required kills. Keep track of your ammunition and avoid firing expensive launcher rounds at targets that will not contribute to the challenge.
Make The Jupiter Your Precision Tool
Energy kills require a different mindset. The Jupiter Sniper Rifle works well because it allows you to stay at range and control when the final damage is delivered.
Rocketeers and Vaporizers are useful targets for this stage. The biggest problem is often not finding them but making sure your shot actually receives the kill credit. Other Raiders can easily finish a weakened enemy before you have a chance.
An ADS-focused Jupiter build helps solve that problem. When the enemy reaches low health, you can aim quickly and take the final shot before the situation changes.
This makes the Jupiter particularly valuable when playing with teammates. You can let others contribute damage while keeping enough control to finish the target yourself.
Fire Damage Is About Target Selection
The fire stage can look simple until you start trying to complete it efficiently. Blaze Grenades and Flame Spray are both useful, but your choice of target matters just as much as the equipment.
Look for ARC enemies that remain relatively stationary. A Bombardier or a channeling Leaper can be much easier to hit repeatedly than a fast-moving target.
Blaze Grenades can be especially useful when you need repeated fire applications. You may need to use around 10 to 15 grenades during a focused farming session, so make sure you have enough supplies before committing to the objective.
The best strategy is usually controlled repetition rather than aggressive combat.
Turn Salvaged Parts Into Progress
ARC gadget damage introduces another layer to the challenge. Wasp Drivers and Pop Triggers are useful options, but you need salvaged ARC parts to make the strategy practical.
One reliable method is to weaken a Bastion or Bombardier and incapacitate it before using your gadget. This reduces the pressure during the damage phase and gives you more control over the encounter.
That is why looting ARC carcasses should become part of your normal routine during Phantom Targets runs. Even if a particular piece of loot does not look valuable at first, ARC parts can become useful for later stages.
Do Not Overspend On The Backup Rifle
The Pharaoh is a good alternative when you need a reliable rifle without committing too many resources. It works particularly well as the general-purpose part of an event loadout.
A lightweight stock can improve ADS speed, which keeps the weapon comfortable when moving between targets. Because the Pharaoh is a single-shot rifle, recoil reduction is not a major concern. Skipping grips and muzzle brakes can therefore save resources for ammunition and other event equipment.
This approach also keeps your inventory flexible. Instead of spending heavily on every attachment, you can reserve your resources for the specialized tools that actually matter for Phantom Targets.
Stack Objectives During One Raid
The most efficient players will usually avoid completing every challenge in isolation. When possible, combine several objectives during a single run.
For example, you can carry the Hullcracker while searching for flying ARC enemies and keep the Jupiter available for an energy final hit. At the same time, collect ARC carcasses and materials for gadget-related stages.
This approach reduces unnecessary travel and lowers the number of raids needed to complete the project. More importantly, it makes each extraction more valuable because you are returning with both challenge progress and useful resources.
Build Around The Current Requirement
The best Phantom Targets loadout is not necessarily the most expensive one. It is the loadout that gives you the right tools for the stage you are currently completing. Players who need a particular defensive option may decide to buy ARC Raiders Armors through a reliable marketplace when their current inventory does not cover the situation.
The same principle applies to every other part of your equipment. Do not chase a general meta build when the event is asking for launcher kills, energy final hits, fire damage, or ARC gadget damage. Identify the requirement first, then choose the equipment that makes that requirement easier.
